The Committee on Political Subdivisions moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 13, line 10, after the sentence by adding the following:

“Provided further, that any municipality, as of the effective date of this section, that has a bond paid for by these fees may continue to charge such fees until the bond is paid off.”
